45 minute fast-paced music-based cardio cycling workout. Takes place in a darkened room with loud music. All levels welcome. Spin shoes recommended but not necessary. Our pedals accept SPD clips.

RHYTHMIC SPIN

55 minute small group classes using Pilates reformers. stRIDE offers Classical, Pilates Reformer (Contemporary), Power Reformer (Rhythmic), and Tower classes. 

PILATES
REFORMER

45 minute rhythmic-based boxing cardio workout. Takes place in a darkened room, sneakers required. Boxing gloves provided for your use and speed-wraps available for purchase. 

BOX

60 minute Vinyassa style flow class to strengthen and enhance balance. All levels welcome. Mats provided, bare feet recommended. 

YOGA

45 minute rhythmic based resistance training class utilizing TRX straps and your own body weight. Sneakers are required.

BARRE

45 minute low impact rhythmic-based workout that focuses on small movements for big results. Bare feet or barre socks recommended.
