Download our free Stride Spin and Fitness app from the app store, or on our website. If you are coming from our old platform on MindBody, please use the same email as MindBody and click “reset password” to create a new password and begin booking classes. If you are a new user, welcome! Follow the prompts in the app to input your email, phone number and credit card information and you’re free to find your class!

If the class you want is full but you join the waitlist for that class, you will get notified via email when a spot opens up and you have been moved into the class. (*Please make sure you select email notifications in your Stride Spin and Fitness app or website account preferences!) If you DO NOT get into the class from the waitlist, you will NOT be charged for the class and the credit will go back onto your account. If you DO get in and do not show up, you WILL be charged for the missed class (see “cancellation policy”, below.) If you are moved into the class from the waitlist and cannot attend, please email us (info@stridespinandfitness.com) and we can take you out so we can notify the next person in line. Similarly, if after joining a waitlist you realize that you can’t attend that class time, please REMOVE yourself from the waitlist to let other clients have a chance to attend.

Stride has an eight (8) hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your scheduled class less than eight hours (8) before the start time, you will be charged for the class. If you have an unlimited package of any kind, the cancellation fee is the cost of a drop in class. If you have a class card card of any kind or purchased a drop-in class, the missed class will be deducted from your account. If you think you have been charged in error or if you forgot to “check-in” for your class once you arrived at the studio, please don’t hesitate to email us at info@stridespinandfitness.com and we are happy to look into any discrepancies for you.

If you sign up for an auto-pay contract and need to terminate that contract before the contract end date, we will terminate your contract immediately but you will incur a penalty equal to 1 month’s payment. If you require assistance with contract dates or have any other questions, please reach out to us directly at info@stridespinandfitness.com.

Regrettably, sometimes instructors get sick and we have to cancel a class or close the studio due to inclement weather. In the case of a class cancellation, participants will be notified directly via email and no classes will be deducted from those clients’ packages. In the case of studio closure, a general email will be sent out in addition to social media posts on Facebook and Instagram.

Absolutely! Our front desk staff and our instructors are there to make you feel welcome and comfortable, no matter your experience level. Anyone at the studio can help you set up your bike and get you situated for your class – just let us know that you need some assistance and we’ll help with whatever you need. Our instructors are very familiar with first time jitters – everyone has had a day one! – and they are more than willing to make you feel comfortable.

At our Phoenixville location, we recommend spin shoes, but you can ride in sneakers. Spin shoes have a firmer footbed and make the standing portions of the class more comfortable for you as a rider. Our bikes take SPD clips.

Our bikes fit people taller than 4’10”. We also require a signed waiver from every participant – this waiver is available as part of your Mariana Tek registration. *Please note that some music played at Stride may contain explicit lyrics.

Of course! We love to host parties at Stride! You can rent out the spin room, the fitness room, or both (!) for whatever event you have in mind. We offer a 2-hour event, including instructor of your choice to lead the workout, balloons, and a champagne toast. Email us to set something up! info@stridespinandfitness.com
