WTF Are These Classes? | stRIDE Spin & Fitness

CLASSES ARE LIVE TODAY, DID YOU BOOK ONE? There is no excuse, it is time to book a class and get into the studio to start crushing. your. goals. For our new clients who have never taken a boutique fitness class before, hello! You are in for the time of your life filled with the best and brightest (maybe sweatiest) instructors who are here to guide you to become an expert in whatever class you decide to sign up for (we recommend all of them… just saying). We wanted to give a quick little cheat sheet for what each of our classes will entail so you can pick the best one for you!

 

Spin

45 minute fast-paced music-based cardio cycling workout. Takes place in a darkened room with loud music.

 

Spin & Booty

45 minute fast-paced music-based cardio cycling workout. Takes place in a darkened room with loud music. Followed by 15 minutes in the barre room doing exercises that specifically burn the booty.

 

Spin Xpress

30 minute fast-paced music-based cardio cycling workout. Takes place in a darkened room with loud music.

 

Box

45 minute rhythmic-based boxing cardio workout. Takes place in a darkened room, sneakers required.

 

Barre

45 minute low impact rhythmic-based workout that focuses on small movements for big results.

 

TRX

45 minute rhythmic based resistance training class utilizing TRX straps and your own body weight.

 

Pilates Reformer

55 minute low impact small group classes using Pilates reformers to work all muscles in the body.

 

Reformer Pilates 101

55 minute low impact small group classes using Pilates reformers to work all muscles in the body, this class will break down each movement for beginners.

 

Classical Pilates

A pilates class focused on strengthening the mind and body by working them in unison to create a strong core and lean muscles, working through the order of progression.

 

PWR Reformer

A high energy, fast paced, and upbeat pilates class. PWR is more intense and dynamic than "Pilates Reformer". PWR Pilates is a great cross training workout that strengthens the core and challenges your muscles.

 

Arms, Abs, & Ass Reformer

This class is slowed down to focus on the individual muscles bringing new meaning to the term "small movements make a big difference". While the music is still loud and has an upbeat vibe, it is focused more on small, fatiguing movements. Focuses on your arms, abs, and ass.

 

Lean Legs Reformer

This class focuses on the legs during your 55 minute PWR Pilates class.

 

Core Burnout Reformer

A 55 minute PWR pilates based workout on the reformer machine focusing on your lower body and building your core strength. This class includes a wide variety of exercises done on the reformer to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance. Focuses on your core.

 

Tone & Trim Upper Body Reformer

This class is slowed down to focus on the individual muscles bringing new meaning to the term "small movements make a big difference". While the music is still loud and has an upbeat vibe, it is focused more on small, fatiguing movements. Focuses on your upper body.

 

Yoga Flow

60 minute non-heated Vinyassa style flow class to strengthen and enhance balance.
