Post Workout Smoothies | stRIDE Spin & Fitness

We love our friends at Bryn and Dane’s and wanted to share our love for them with all of our clients in the studio! Starting September 10th, stRIDE will be selling Bryn & Dane’s smoothies and acai bowls during ANY of our classes (yes, this DOES include 5:45 am!) We will have an order sheet in the studio for you to fill out and customize your smoothie or acai bowl BEFORE your class begins! Your MindBody account will be charged the price of the bowl or smoothie ordered (please make sure that your MindBody account has a card on file or pay cash at the front desk before class!) Your food will then be made and delivered to you at the studio while you are in class! Who doesn’t love a smoothie waiting for them after their spin class? Thank you Bryn & Dane’s! In honor of having smoothies at the studio, we wanted to share a few of our favorite healthy at home smoothie recipes with you!

Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

½ Cup of Strawberries

1 Full Banana (Frozen)

1 Handful of Spinach

1 Scoop of Vega Protein Powder (maybe even collagen!!)

Put the smoothie into a bowl and add your favorite granola on top and some honey to taste!

Pink Breakfast Smoothie

1 Cup of Frozen Strawberries

1 Full Banana

½ Cup of Oats

1 tsp. Raw Honey

½ Cup of Almond Butter

1 Cup of Almond Milk

A handful of Ice Cubes


Green Smoothie

2 Cups of Spinach

2 Cups of Almond Milk

1 Cup of Mango

1 Cups of Blueberries
