Immunity Boosting Drinks | stRIDE Spin & Fitness

Cold and flu season is upon us!! Ew. We take our health VERY seriously and want to take every measure possible to stay as healthy as possible! We have tried many immunity boosting drinks to keep us living our best and healthiest lives and wanted to share a few of our favorite recipes for you to try out this winter season.


The Green Smoothie

1 Banana

1 Cup of Kale

1 Mango

½ Cup of Pineapple

1 Cup of Yogurt

1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds


Orange Tonic

1 2-inch Piece of Ginger (or the squeezable ginger)

2 tbsp of Manuka Honey

2 tbsp of Turmeric

½ Cup of Orange Juice


Natures Flu Shot

¼ Cup of Pineapple Juice

¼ Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Juiced Lemons

2 Tbsp of Manuka Honey

1 Garlic Clove

A Pinch of Cayenne Pepper


Blend all of these drinks & enjoy!


We want to remind all of our clients this season that there is no need to push yourself when you are sick. Please take the time you need to rest and recover when you are under the weather. We want to make sure we keep all of our clients healthy and we would love for our clients to rest and recover before returning to the studio to help prevent spreading germs!
